When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 7–21 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive the tracking info via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Please reach out to us immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address. Orders already in transit may not be recoverable.
I didn’t receive a confirmation email—what should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s not there, reach out to us with your name and order details—we’ll resend it.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
